1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the w388 platform — including the website at w388.lat, the live casino, sports betting, slots or instant games sections — you ("the User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In such cases the stake will be returned to your w388 account balance.

• Harassing, abusing or threatening w388 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property
